3. Course Access and Enrollment

Upon purchase of any course, minicourse, or bundle, you receive access to the specified educational content for the period indicated at the time of purchase. Unless otherwise stated, course access is granted for the lifetime of the course on the 4IAQ platform.

Course access is granted to the individual purchaser and is non-transferable. You may not share your account credentials or course access with others.

4. Payment and Refund Policy

Individual Minicourses and Bundle: Purchases of individual minicourses and the complete bundle are eligible for a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. To request a refund within 30 days of purchase, contact [email protected] with your purchase information. Refunds are processed to the original payment method.

Core Course Pre-Sale: Pre-sale enrollment in The Mold Awareness and Prevention Core Course is all sales final. Because founding student bonuses — including the 4IAQ Mold Inspection Checklist PDF — are delivered immediately upon purchase, refunds are not available on pre-sale enrollment.
